Returns: As we offer customised digital services, returns are not possible after the service has been completed. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the delivery, reasonable adjustments can be assessed within 14 days after delivery of the service.
Reimbursements: If the service has not yet been completed or has not yet started, a partial or full refund may be considered, depending on the status of the project. To request a refund, the client must send a request to info@rjmarketingagency.es explaining the reasons and providing details of the contracted service.
